On the first Sunday of October in 1999, a dozen people signed the charter that officially marked the beginning of Anchor Baptist Church. Since that time, we have celebrated this day as a church family, commemorating the Lord’s goodness and faithfulness to our congregation. It is a reminder for us to endeavor to persevere in this world for the sake of the kingdom of heaven.
Join us on Sunday, October 4, 2026. We are excited to have veteran missionaries Sid & Susie Messer as our guests. At 10:00 a.m., Sid will give an update on their ministry in Ecuador. Additionally, join us at 11:00 a.m. for Christ-honoring music and a message from God’s Word by Sid.
Following the morning service, we invite you to a dinner served in our fellowship hall. At 1:30 p.m., we will hold a brief concluding service. It will include extemporaneous testimonies and hymn favorites. There will be no 6:00 p.m. service on this day.
Invite someone you know to join us in blessing the Lord. See you there!
